Echoes of The M.I.N.D.

When ‘M.I.N.D.’, a human and AI hybrid  infiltrates the screens of the public, enforcing its vision of what the world should be, Dr Malcolm is tasked with stopping the rebellion. She must choose between protecting what she holds most dear or saving humanity.

World Building

My main objective was to create designs that were authentic to the film’s universe while reflecting the company’s identity and aligning with the overall tone. 

The Ken Loach Dilemma

Faced with the challenge of shooting in one room at NFTS with a large mural, I repurposed sound boards to create two distinct sets. The boards allowed for dynamic camera movement and served dual functions, a protective barrier for M.I.N.D. and a stylised wall in the lab, both masking the mural and enhancing visual continuity between spaces.
